With qualifications in electrical engineering and practical proficiency in earthing and streetlighting, he brings deep technical knowledge across a wide range of electrical infrastructure disciplines. Kerry has led complex engineering programs, including the $4.5 billion QGC LNG Phase II project, demonstrating his capability to deliver large-scale, high-stakes energy infrastructure projects.

Craig is a highly experienced practitioner with over 35 years in Queensland’s power industry. He has extensive experience in the planning, design, construction, commissioning, and auditing of transmission, sub-transmission, and distribution networks across utility, mining, defence, and renewable energy sectors. With qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, and Illumination Engineering, Craig has led the delivery of major HV infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines and large-scale utility upgrades, bringing deep technical expertise and proven leadership to complex power network developments. Craig is an accredited HV auditor and the company’s electrical contractor licence holder.

Dhruv is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer with over six years’ experience delivering transmission and distribution network solutions across Australia. Holding a Master of Professional Engineering and multiple professional registrations (RPEQ, RPEV, NER), he specialises in HV/LV network design, protection and earthing, power system modelling, and utility-standard compliance. Skilled in tools such as ETAP, PowerFactory, SafeGrid, and PowerCAD, Dhruv brings strong technical capability and practical industry insight to complex overhead, underground, and renewable-energy-integrated projects.

Richard is a highly experienced Design and Project Manager with over 15+ years in Queensland’s power industry, specialising in transmission, substation, and distribution network design and drafting. Having progressed through UDCS Consulting from junior drafter to Design/Project Manager, Richard brings expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and PowerCAD. He has successfully delivered major infrastructure projects including high-voltage transmission lines, substations, underground networks, and large-scale public lighting programs. His practical knowledge of utility standards and proven leadership in complex energy infrastructure projects make him a key contributor to the successful delivery of power network solutions.

Justin is a senior electrical distribution designer and project manager with over 20 years of industry experience delivering overhead and underground power network designs across Queensland. Justin plays a key role in the design and delivery of electrical reticulation and subdivision infrastructure, bringing extensive expertise in utility standards, network planning and practical constructability. His deep technical knowledge, combined with strong project coordination skills and proficiency in industry-leading design software, allows him to consistently deliver efficient, compliant and high-quality network designs for complex energy and infrastructure projects.

Ricardo Estrella is a civil and structural engineer with experience across transmission infrastructure, structural design and construction projects in both Australia and the Philippines, bringing strong analytical capability and technical precision to projects involving renewable energy integration, transmission line development and utility infrastructure. His expertise includes structural and electrical design for high-voltage transmission lines, geotechnical and structural design of tower and pole foundations, and civil works for energy infrastructure projects. Ricardo has contributed to major renewable and transmission projects including wind farms, battery energy storage systems and interconnector developments, and is skilled in structural analysis, transmission tower design and engineering drafting.

Casey is an experienced office and finance manager, ensuring UDCS Consulting operates efficiently and effectively. With extensive experience in finance administration, payroll, accounts management, and organisational coordination, she oversees critical business processes that support project delivery and day-to-day operations. Casey’s expertise across technical services, manufacturing and logistics enables her to maintain structured systems and reliable operational workflows, helping the business run smoothly while supporting the wider team and customer network.
